Chocolate Organiko
We create our chocolate in small Atelier in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid-Spain. Our trip began in the Dominican Republic selecting cocoas with fruity notes, low roasting and good fermentation. Years later we traveled to Madagascar, Peru and Ecuador selecting organic cocoa beans with different organoleptic notes. During the tasting of our chocolates you can discover spices as vanilla, pepper, cinnamon or tropical fruit, red fruit, dry fruit, also floral notes.

Project under the programme of incentives linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
