Tasting notes: Next to the Caribbean Sea, we find the finest Trinitario cacao plantations in the Dominican Republic. Tasting notes include aspects of the Criollo and Forastero varieties. It is fruity and fragrant. It has a wide range of flavors. Aromatic and persistent on the palate with a long, floral and fruity finish.
Pairings: Mango, Pineapple, Almonds, Walnuts, Sesame, Aged Rum, Raspberry, Olive Oil.
